Carers Allowance

Carers Allowance: (formerly called Invalid Care Allowance) is a taxable benefit paid to people aged 16 or over who are caring for someone who is receiving or waiting to hear about Attendance Allowance or Disability Living Allowance (at the middle or higher rate for personal care).
